1) General shipment information
The items offered in our range of products will be delivered through international registered shipment service depending on the chosen type of shipment and its destination. For larger volumes and quantitites we use a forwarding agency.
Shipments to Europe
Assuming that all ordered items are in stock at the time of making the order and that payment has been made immediately after the order is placed, all orders made on a working day will be dispatched in the same day or the following one. Orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days of placing the order.
Rest of the world
Orders with delivery to a country outside Europe will also be sent by international registered shipment service. Orders should be delivered within 15-20 working days of placing the order.
All prices shown at the online store include VAT.

Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard)
You are of course welcome to pay by credit card at Aprende Coreano Hoy (Learn Korean Today). To do this, select "payment by credit card" during the ordering process. We accept MasterCard and Visa. You will need your card number, the card holder's name, the expiry date of the card, credit card company name and the three-digit security code on the back of your credit card, which ensures online payment safety. After completing the ordering process, your credit card will be debited. For each transaction a check will be made to see if the cardholder and the person placing the order are who they claim to be, this is done automatically via the credit card issuer website, which may prompt the buyer to answer some previously set up security questions.
If you have chosen "Payment by bank transfer" as your payment method, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail with all the necessary information such as bank details, bank code, beneficiary, etc. after finalizing your order at Aprende Coreano Hoy (Learn Korean Today). When paying from abroad please don´t forget the IBAN and SWIFT code which are also indicated in the e-mail. The goods will be shipped once we have received your payment. Please remember that depending on the bank, the transfer will take 2-5 working days and this may delay the dispatch of the order. Once we received your payment we will proceed to dispatch your order and give it to the transportist.
PayPal is one of the British regulator FSA's certified companies for cash transactions over the internet. With PayPal you may open an online account into which you can transfer money. From this account you can quickly and securely process your payment over the internet. If you would like to pay with PayPal, but do not have an account, you can register at their website. After completion of your order, you will find a link to PayPal on the acknowledgement page. To pay, please follow the link and transfer the amount through PayPal. Please make sure that the payment reference is your order number (to be found in your order confirmation e-mail), and that the payment is sent to email@example.com. Once we have received your PayPal payment, we will dispatch the order within the few hours hours (on working days only).
3) Right to return
Before returning any product please contact our Customer Service through phone: +34915231806 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org We will provide some advise on how to prepare your return.
If you like, you can repack all the products you want to return in their original packaging. You may use any box you like, it does not have to be the original box we sent you. If choosing a smaller box will reduce the price of the return costs, then please do so if you wish – just make sure that the goods will not be easily damaged during the delivery. You may seal the box and take the packet to a post office or courier of your choice. We recommend you choose a low-priced, insured shipping and handling. It helps if you keep the receipt, as it will be used as evidence of the return if your packet is lost in the post.
Once we have received and processed your return, you will automatically receive an e-mail from us about your refund. We will reimburse your payments via the same method with which you paid (e.g. if you paid by credit card, we will refund the same credit card).
After we have received and processed your return, it normally takes another 2-5 working days until the amount is credited to your account.
You do not need to provide a reason for returning one or more products, but please be aware that returning goods to us will usually mean that you have to pay for the return costs. The only case in which we refund you the return costs is when delivered items are incorrect. If your order does not match the delivery, naturally you can return the incorrect product(s) and we will provide you with a refund for the article(s).
